Reading= We reviewed reading for the main idea and supporting details in a test prep exercise. We discussed the "Three Skeleton Key" discussion worksheet and the vocabulary from the story. Students made flashcards to help them prepare for Thursday's test.

Homework: Study for your vocab test, which will be on Thursday. There will be 1 essay question on the test.

L.A.= Students revised their personal narrative essays for word choice after they scored my paragraph. They added more powerful verbs and more descriptive adjectives to their typed final copies. Homework: Finish revising your personal narrative essays.
